ITEM AVALIABILITY
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service via email. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept any type of credit card; in addition to this EBS accepts PayPal.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed. In addition to this a confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped, this email will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order by inserting your tracking number into the Australia Post "Track My Item" Website.

SHIPPING / WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
A fee of $10 is charged for EXPRESS SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE. This is charged per order not per product.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3PM EST will be sent that day, excluding holidays. Any orders placed after these time frames will be sent the following day. 

International Shipping costs $15 per order. The delivery time frame will depend on the country in which the products have been ordered. Please email us for specific details. 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, however we will happily exchange for a different size/colour. The item/s need to be in their original condition with packaging and tags attached. Return postage will be at your expense. Please contact us if you need to exchange.
